All of our products maybe returned for any reason. Please contact us for a return authorization. 

Return shipping must be prepaid  and shipped via a shipping method that can be tracked.

Returns must be post marked within 30 day's

We are not responsible for returns lost through return shipping or for returns that do not have a return authorization.

All of our products are shipped direct to you from our New Hampshire facility via USPS Priority Mail.

You will be notified when your order is shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number. 

In most cases, your order will ship within one day, Monday Through Friday.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Orders received on a holiday will ship on the next business day.
